Our team completed this roof replacement in New Albany Country Club community. We removed the existing roofing materials and installed CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Max Def Colonial Slate, along with new underlayment and ice and water protection.
The deep gray tones of Colonial Slate completement the home’s classic red brick exterior and white accents, giving the roof a refined, dimensional finish while providing a complete new roofing system.

The warm, dimensional tones of Weathered Wood pair naturally with the home’s white exterior, creating a soft contrast and a refreshed looks while providing a complete new roofing system.

I had a great experience on a complete roof replacement with Newman. Dakota Mead didn’t use any high pressure tactics throughout the estimation process. He gave me drone pictures of the hail damage to provide to my insurance company and didn’t insist on signing anything prior to me meeting with insurance. Once we had a contract and date set, the job supervisor Daniel Cotter was very friendly, communicated throughout the day and even provided progress photos at the end. His crew was professional and efficient – and the yard was cleaned up very well when they finished. I would highly recommend Newman to anyone looking to have roof work done.
