As a rapidly growing company, we are looking for someone to help continue to expand our marketing efforts, build our brand, and focus on organic lead generation. The Brand Ambassador is the storyteller behind every post, video, and page that introduces Newman Roofing to Central Ohio.
As our Brand Ambassador, you will shape how Newman Roofing shows up online and in our community, creating content that reflects our craftsmanship, capturing the work our crews do every day, and helping homeowners discover us before they ever pick up the phone.
Plan, create, and publish content across our social channels that captures the Newman Roofing story and connects with homeowners.
Capture jobsite footage, customer moments, and behind-the-scenes work, then edit it into short-form video that showcases our craft.
Write and refresh website pages and blog posts that support organic search, answer homeowner questions, and reinforce our brand voice.
Assist with miscellaneous marketing tasks, campaigns, and initiatives that help grow brand awareness and generate organic leads.
We’re hiring a storyteller first. The right person is creative, naturally curious about content trends, and excited to build a brand alongside a growing family business.
Content creation experience required, including social and video.
College degree preferred.
Strong sense of visual composition, brand consistency, and storytelling.
Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video for social platforms.
Excellent written communication for blogs, captions, and web copy.
Reliable, accountable, and able to manage a content calendar independently.
Eager to learn, experiment, and grow with a long-standing family business.
Adaptable problem-solver who can pivot when priorities or platforms shift.

This is a fully in-office position based at our Sunbury, Ohio headquarters. We do not offer remote work for this role, being in the office together is how we serve our team and our homeowners best.
You’ll work closely with ownership, sales, and production to capture the real Newman Roofing story.
